The name is Cindy. I turned 20 recently and am so excited about starting out my 20’s right and making it a good decade. Scary but exciting! I’m a student at the University of Missouri. I’m hoping to enjoy a career as a respiratory therapist. Ideally, I would like to be done with school by the time I’m 23 and be working at one of the many hospitals located here at the heart of Missouri.
I have a relatively shy personality. I do get crazy and have fun when I’m around people I know and feel comfortable with. Growing up, I was afraid to try new things and was content with the same ol’ story, same ol’ song and dance. Since starting college, though, I realized that the only way you can live life to its extent is by letting go sometimes and gaining new experiences through things that may be out of your comfort zone. I’m glad I can cross riding a mechanical bull off from my bucket list.
I hope to use this blog as a way to record my progress in life–a diary, in a way. It will help reinforce accountability for myself. Accountability is something I believe is so important in our lives. Otherwise, what or to whom are we living for? In the end, I’ll be responsible for how my life turns out and the kind of person I am. We’ll see how that turns out!
Thanks super much for taking the time to stop by and check out my page!
